Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 June 2026

1. About Us

Elite AWRS Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a specialist alloy wheel refurbishment business operating from branches in Walsall, Swindon and Cardiff. Registered office: 1 Queen Street, Walsall, WS2 9NT, England.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided in good faith based on information and photographs submitted at the time of enquiry. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be revised upon physical inspection if additional damage is identified that was not visible from the original submission. We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work beyond the quoted scope.

3. Workmanship Warranty

All refurbishment work carried out by Elite AWRS Ltd is covered by a 6-month workmanship warranty from the date of collection or delivery. This warranty covers defects in our finishing work (peeling lacquer, paint adhesion failure, diamond cut delamination) under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by road hazards (kerb strikes, potholes), chemical damage from harsh cleaning products, corrosion resulting from customer-applied products, or normal surface wear.

Warranty claims must be submitted to enquiries@eliteawrs.co.uk with photographs. We will assess claims within 5 working days.

4. Payment Terms

  • Retail customers — full payment is due upon collection or before delivery of completed wheels. We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments.
  • Trade accounts — subject to a separate written credit agreement. Standard terms are 30 days net from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to retain completed wheels until payment is received in full.

5. Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any service provided shall not exceed the replacement cost of the wheel(s) in question at current market value, subject to a maximum of the price paid for the relevant service.

We accept no liability for: indirect or consequential loss; loss of earnings or profits; loss arising from the vehicle being off the road; or damage caused by pre-existing structural weaknesses not identifiable by visual inspection.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times (typically 12 working days for standard refurbishment) are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing at the time of booking. We will notify you promptly if timescales change.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that wheels submitted for refurbishment are road-legal and structurally sound enough to be worked on. We reserve the right to decline work on wheels we deem unsafe. You must collect wheels within 14 days of notification that work is complete; after this period, a storage charge of £5 per wheel per day may apply.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page at the time of your booking applies to that transaction.
