Inspect & Quote
Drop-off or mobile collection. We examine each wheel, photograph damage from all angles, identify cracks, and quote within the hour. No surprises later.

Strip & Prep
Tyres deflated, balanced, removed. Surfaces blasted to bare alloy. Any cracks TIG-welded with proper alloy filler. Surfaces machined smooth.

Refinish
Diamond cut on the CNC lathe, or powder coat in the chamber and furnace. Two-tone masking by hand for OE accuracy. Lacquered for UV and chemical protection.
04
Rebalance & Return
Tyres refitted, balanced to under 2 grams, pressures set. Same-day collection or delivery to your door. 6-month workmanship warranty included.
