We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Service delivery — processing your enquiry and performing the requested refurbishment work is carried out under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) and, where a contract is formed, performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Marketing communications — only sent with your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
  • Analytics — legitimate interest in understanding site usage to improve our service.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing quotes, invoices and job updates

Enquiry and customer contact data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for 6 years thereafter to comply with our VAT and accounting obligations under UK law. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics default retention settings (26 months).
