1. Initial Inspection
Thoroughly inspect the wheel to locate and assess the size and severity of the crack. -
2.Wheel Removal
Remove the wheel from the vehicle for full access.

3. Tyre Removal
Take off the tyre to safely expose the crack and prepare for repair. -
4. Crack Preparation
Grind and clean the area around the crack to remove contaminants and create a clean weld path.

5. Welding
Use TIG welding (commonly) to carefully fill and seal the crack.

6. Grinding & Smoothing
Smooth out the weld to restore the original wheel profile. -
7. Pressure Testing
Check the repair for air leaks and ensure it holds pressure under normal conditions. -
8. Refinishing (if needed)
Repaint or coat the wheel for a seamless, protected finish.
