The wheels are removed from the vehicle and thoroughly cleaned to remove all dirt, brake dust, and grease for maximum paint adhesion.
3. Surface Preparation
The existing finish is lightly abraded and keyed using sanding tools to ensure the new paint bonds properly — no full paint strip needed.
4. Damage Repairs
Minor kerb damage, chips, or scuffs are repaired with on-site fillers and smoothing techniques to restore a uniform surface.
5. Primer & Colour Application
A bonding primer is applied, followed by your selected colour coat using specialist spray systems from our mobile unit.
6. Lacquering & Curing
A protective clear lacquer is applied , then cured using heat lamps for a tough, long-lasting result.
7. Final Check & Refit
The wheels are reassembled, checked for quality, and refitted to the vehicle – ready to drive with a fresh new look.
